Anterior pelvic tilt in your set up. It’s an epidemic & it needs to stop.
If you suffer from this disease make sure to ask your doctor what you can do. As far as protecting your low back & maximizing your performance you should have a neutral pelvis like the picture on the right.
Setting up like thee pic on the left will have you rotating through your lumbar
spine vs your thoracic spine.
Also not setting up a neutral
pelvis puts you at a disadvantage to load into your glutes maximal elasticity.
